Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
When purchasing any products included within our Packaged Deals section (or packaged as a Special Deal) these will be excluded for calculating any free gifts described on the home page.
Shipping And Handling
If your products are in stock they are picked and packed the same day as we receive the order. They are despatched using a premier haulage company.
There is a delivery charge of £7.50 (+ VAT) on all orders (except for steel/aluminium goalposts) in Uk Mainland. Delivery on Steel/aluminium goalposts to UK mainland is charged at £150 per goal.
Orders outside mainland UK but within the EU are charged out at cost to live4soccer.co.uk. One of our staff will call you to advise of any additional cost.

Delivery Schedule
All stock items are despatched on a next day delivery service however live4soccer.co.uk does not make any guarantee that goods are delivered within 24 hours. You should allow three working days for delivery and we recommend that all products are ordered in good time.
Goalpost orders (other than uPVC goals) are delivered free of charge provided you are happy to wait until one of our vehicles is in your area. When we receive your order you will be contacted by one of our customer service team who will advise you when your order can be delivered. It usually takes approxiametly two weeks to deliver steel or aluminium goalposts. If you require a quicker delivery then please contact one of our customer service team for a quote.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from live4soccer.co.uk then you must contact customer services on 0845 6036225 and notify us of the reason.
All good supplied by Live4soccer.co.uk carry a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns Policy
Live4soccer.co.uk offers a 14 day money back gaurantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order for whatever reason you should contact us immediately.
If you wish to return the goods because they are not what you expected then you must contact the customer service team and advise them that you are returning the goods. It is the customers responsibilty to return the goods and we advise you to obtain adequate insurance for any goods you return.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and this will be deducted from any refund.
If you cannot return the goal yourself please contact the customer service team and we can arrange to have your order collected. You will be advised how much it will cost to collect the goods and we shall require payment before the collection is authorised.
Once we have received the goods in our warehouse they will be checked and repackeged. Provided they are unused, a refund will be issued (less a restocking fee and any collection fee) using the same method used to purchase the goods.
